Instead, these third-party companies will scrape event websites for exhibiting companies and research contact information to present themselves as show partners — some may even use the SWE logo or claim to work at SWE. Neither SWE, its employees, nor any partner hotel will ever call you to make a hotel reservation, sell your information, or ask you to purchase information about WE25 attendees.
Official On-Site Registration Partner: All on-site registration services will be provided by Convention Data Services (CDS). The only authorized registration site for WE25 is https://www.xpressreg.net/register. To obtain help with your registration, please email SWE@xpressreg.net or call +1.774.247.4026.
Official Housing Partner: Please note that Cvent/Passkey is the official housing partner of WE25. Cvent/Passkey has been assigned by SWE and will be available after reservations are made for assistance with reservation modifications or cancellations. SWE cannot guarantee room rates or availability by any company or representative other than Cvent/Passkey. We ask that WE25 attendees not book outside of our housing block, as it may result in penalties to SWE.
