Member Registration Pricing Eligibility
Member Pricing: To qualify for member rates at the time of registration, you must have a current individual membership for FY26, which has a paid date through June 30, 2026, or beyond. Members can log in and renew or join SWE at any time. All members must use their SWE member credentials to log in and register. If you log in with an email that is not associated with your SWE member account, you will not receive SWE member pricing.
Non-Member Pricing: All attendees without a current membership will receive non-member pricing for the on-site event. Non-member attendees who use a bulk corporate discount code will not receive FY26 SWE membership with their registration. If you are a non-member of SWE:

- Click Attendee Registration again to log in.
- Memberships can be added onto a registration for an additional cost.
WE25 Registration Types
The registration portal is divided into the following categories: Professional, Collegiate, and Exhibitor.
Registration Discounts
SWE is offering a few ways to save at WE25 through registering early or attending in groups:
- Individuals: Receive 15% off your registration now through Aug.31 with the code WE25EARLY15.
- Employers or Organizations: Bringing a group of 25 or more professionals? You can prepay and receive a 20% discount on the non-member registration rate. Email strategicpartnerships@swe.org to learn more.
- Middle- and low-income countries: SWE recognizes economic variances around the world and will offer a limited number of registrations at a flat rate of 100 USD for professionals or 25 USD for collegians who are SWE members living in one of these select countries. The discount will be applied automatically at checkout. Students from middle and low-income countries who are currently studying in the United States are not eligible for this offer.
Professional Attendee
Attendee Type: All postgraduate attendees, speakers, and press members and any non-collegian or non-exhibitor are considered professional. This may include active career, retired, unemployed, STEM reentry, or other categories. Both members and non-members may register as professional attendees here.
- Promo Codes: Only one promo code per attendee can be used for professional registration.
- Career Fair Access: Professional attendees will receive priority access to the WE25 Career Fair on the Friday of the conference. Check Career Fair hours for details. There is no option to purchase a career fair-only registration for professionals.
Collegiate Attendee
Attendee Type: All collegiate types, both member and non-member, as well as full-time graduate students.
- Promo Codes: Only one promo code per attendee can be used for collegiate registration.
- Career Fair Access: All collegiate attendees will have access to the career fair during designated times on Thursday, Oct. 24, and Friday, Oct. 24.
- There is no option to purchase a career fair-only registration for collegians.
Exhibitor Attendee
Attendee Type: This registration is limited to booth personnel ONLY and cannot exceed the allocations given to each exhibitor, commensurate with booth size. Each designated booth point of contact (POC) for an organization will receive a sign-in password once the booth contract is signed and payment is received.
Exhibitor registration is divided into four sections:
- Exhibitor Full Registration: This registration type includes access to the exhibit hall at all times, plus full WE25 access. The number of these registrations is limited to the allotment defined by SWE.
- Exhibitor Floor–Only Registration ($150 per Exhibitor — Limited Access): This registration type allows access to the WE25 Career Fair floor only and not to other areas of WE25. The number of these registrations is limited to the allotment defined by SWE.
- Member Status: FY26 membership is not included with exhibitor full or floor-only registrations. Since exhibitors have full access to the WE25 Career Fair floor, membership status is not needed and is not indicated on exhibitor badges.
Invent It. Build It. Attendee
Attendee Type: Pre-college students (ages 10-18), parents, and STEM advocates.
- Registration Types: The three options are STEM Exploring Program (ages 10-13), STEM Engaged Program (ages 14-18), and Parent & STEM Advocate Program.
- Registration for IIBI is open for individuals and groups. IIBI is a separately ticketed event from the WE25 Conference. Only individuals with an IIBI-branded badge will be admitted into the event space. Pre-registration is required; on-site registration for IIBI will not be available.
- Member Status: Not applicable.
- Career Fair Access: Students under age 18 are not permitted on the WE25 Career Fair floor.
Media Attendee
All media representatives are encouraged to register for the conference with a Press Code for complimentary registration. Use the code WE25MEDIA when you register for complimentary attendee registration.

Promotional Discounts (Promo Codes)
SWE offers promotional discounts for several registration types, including conference speakers and volunteers. In many cases, the discount is applied to the prevailing rate (i.e., member or non-member, early or standard).
These discounts, delivered via promo codes, are entered during the registration process. There is a strict limit of only one promo code for each registration submitted. Please note that some promo codes have a cap and are allowed on a first-come, first-served basis.
University Faculty and Staff and/or Section Faculty Advisors and Counselors’ Discounts
For every four students who register from a university/college, SWE will provide one free registration for a university faculty or staff person to attend WE25. If a university faculty or staff person registers prior to confirming the attendance of the required number of students, SWE will refund their registration cost with no fee.
