Registration Discount Policy
To ensure your eligibility to receive a discount, please read the registration discount and eligibility policies below. Volunteer sign-up for IIBI is closed.
Volunteers for WE25 and IIBI are eligible for the following:Â
- A 25% discount for WE26 — Issued to volunteers who work a single shift of three hours or less.
- A 50% discount for WE26 — Issued to volunteers who work a shift(s) between three and six hours.
- A 75% discount for WE26 — Issued for general volunteers who work a shift(s) of over six hours.
- A 75% discount for WE25 — Issued as a refund for lead volunteers.
- All volunteers must check in prior to starting their volunteer shift.
- Only one volunteer discount or promo code is allowed per attendee. Discounts cannot be combined with a registration promo code. Volunteers may not combine multiple WE25 shifts to receive multiple refunds.
Refund Process Time and Eligibility Policy
- It will take up to 30 days to issue discount codes for WE25 to volunteers who are eligible. SWE will email discount codes to the email address used to register for the conference after the completion of the shift(s). Lead volunteers for both WE25 and IIBI will receive their discount in the form of a refund to the credit/debit card used to purchase WE25 registration. If a check payment is made or the original credit/debit card is canceled before the refund is issued, no other refund method will be issued.
- Once you commit to a volunteer assignment, you must fulfill it. If you need to change your assignment, we ask that you do so through your volunteer account before Sept. 30. If you fail to complete your assignment (i.e., no-show), you will not receive your registration discount.
- Volunteers should attend the assigned volunteer training, which will be offered virtually prior to WE25 and IIBI.
