WE25 BEGINS IN

Celebrating SWE Awards and Recognition Programs

WE25 APEX Awards Presentation

The ten APEX awards will be recognized on Friday, October 24, 2025, at 6:00 pm. The presentation will take place at the New Orleans Ernest N. Morial Convention Center in the Nouvelle Orleans Ballroom C. Recipients will receive their awards on stage, and select awardees will share their acceptance speeches. All conference attendees are invited. No reservations or tickets are necessary. This event will be recorded and available on the virtual awards hall afterward.

SWE will host an invite-only award reception for SWE Awards Program recipients on Friday, October 24, 2025, 7:00-8:30 p.m. in the La Nouvelle Orleans Ballroom B at the New Orleans Ernest N. Morial Convention Center. SWE Awards Program ASCENT awardees should plan to pick up their physical award at this event. A SWE step-and-repeat is available for photos with your award, friends, and the SWE President. SWE Awards Program recipients and event partners will have their images circulating digitally on the main screen. Formal attire is welcome but not required. There will be no formal presentation of awards at this event.
